IVVQ DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) You will enjoy having this responsibility: In this role you are responsible for the execution of automated regression tests on the integrated system as well extension of the Continuous Integration pipeline and tool chain for system test. It also involves the following tasks: • Creation and execution of automated regression tests on the integrated system • Debugging of failure situations and pre-analysis of those issues • Deployment of artifacts, delivered by the development teams, into an integration environment (integration space) • Extension of the Continuous Integration pipeline and tool chain for system test • Extension of the Continuous Deployment pipeline and tool chain for system test • Collaboration with engineering support team to maintain & improve the cloud environment • Collaboration with development teams solve together the found issues • Deployment of artifacts, delivered by the development teams, into an integration environment (integration space) in cooperation with IVVQ-Manager and Release-Manager • Setup of a Continuous Integration pipeline for system test • Setup of a Continuous Deployment pipeline for system test • Execution of manual smoke tests in a system context • Execution of automated regression tests in a system context • Maintenance and extension of automated test environment for Cloud based systems • Creation of automated test cases in JAVA You have: • Master / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science • Experience in Software Engineering • Good skills of cloud technology (OpenStack, CloudFoundry) • Good skills with Jenkins • Good skills with Nexus and Maven • Good skills with Git repositories (Gerrit, BitBucket) • Good programming skills (Java, Spring framework) • Basic Linux skills • Code analysis skills (e.g. BlackDuck, SonarQube) • Team player • Fluent German and English skills As a global player with projects all over the world, Thales is looking for candidates from different backgrounds and with different careers, because it’s the sheer diversity of our innovative and creative teams that drives our success – and that’s why this is also a key aspect of our personnel selection process.
