For our location in Berlin we are looking for


  • Explore and analyze various data sets and derive actionable insights
  • Implement machine learning algorithms, interpret, and visualize their results and present your findings
  • Deploy machine learning code as part of an agile development team
  • Integrate your code into production systems in real time
  • Explain the capabilities and benefits of data science to technical and/or non-technical audiences
  • Contribute your ideas and expertise to a data driven innovation proces
  • Collaborate with other data scientists and developers in the team and take responsibilities outside pure data science when needed
  • Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative field
  • Intermediate knowledge of a programming language (e.g. Python)
  • Proficient with popular machine learning libraries, such as scikit-learn
  • Proficient with software development processes, such as code review, version control, and testing
  • Experienced with data processing tools, including but not limited to Pandas (Python), SQL, and visualization libraries (e.g. matplotlib, plotly, holoviews)
  • A solid foundation in mathematics and statistics, including knowledge about machine learning algorithms
  • Willing to be involved in the development and operation of software beyond pure Data Scienc
  • English required; German beneficial
